[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beurer EM32 abdominal toning belt is easy to use, it has a clip on the waist that can be adjusted with a strap and you just have to wet the pads to get them to stick to you.
There are different programs that can be used on the belt to help with how long you want to use it for the strength you want.
It’s easy to use and seems to do the job, good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very easy to use, doesn't need any gel as it works with water just have to moist both electrodes and my stomach evenly to contact with my skin, I have to make sure that the belt is tight enough to contact with the electrode and the skin. The belt is comfortable and I can easily adjust it according to my size, it's flexible for waist sizes from 70cm to 140cm. I have a little fat around my stomach, it tingles I am increasing intensity little by little, also can lock the buttons while doing workout or chores so it doesn't change the intensity accidentally. I have been using it for 2 weeks, can't say much about the results so far but it seems effective
I would suggest checking your medical conditions listed on the instructions before buying this belt. It is not rechargeable, it needs AAA batteries and you cannot use rechargeable batteries either.
