Hi, this is not a bad TV, but unfortunately I was not very lucky and I came across a not very good panel, it had stains and banding when tested in 5% gray! but I already changed it where I bought it, the second TV is better already, but bad memories still remain! I didn’t think it could happen to an expensive TV like LG C155! this is the truth that I wanted to express!

I’ve had this for a few months now and I’m still impressed by it. The picture is absolutely stunning, all the features are excellent. I find the remote very easy to use, and the app buttons are a great addition.

Ja, Jag rekommenderar den här produkten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Largely really happy with this TV. The picture quality and colour performance is as excellent as I'd expect with a top-end 2021 OLED screen, with bright, punchy colours and excellent contrast with a dark black. The unit is placed in a bright room, and reflections have not been a problem. The 55 inch screen seems enormous compared to my previous 43 inch Sony screen! The unit is aesthetically very pleasing, with an extremely thin screen, and the matte silver base unit looks good. The assembly & usage instructions are basic, but sufficient for getting the job done. Assembing and moving the unit into place was definitely a two-person job, and the screen requires careful handling. The remote is fine, bar the built in brand buttons (Netflix, etc.) which are redundant and a waste of space if the user has no subscription for such services. The point and click functionality is surprisingly easy to use. The volume and channel change buttons could do with a bit more bevel, and can be tricky to find when using in a darkened room. I really like the easy access to the video and audio mode switching feature, which makes it easy to adapt the viewing experience as required. The Filmmakers Mode is a must for movies, saving them from the flat, low-rent experience suffered by other high-definition TV's, and the AI sound feature is especially good, giving audio a real boost for low-volume programs and on occasion getting close to soundbar-quality audio. Apparently the TV offers AI-enhanced upscaling and image processing for playback of lower-resolution sources, but honestly any upscaling was hard to spot. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use; changing source is simple and navigating between apps straightforward. Sadly, my unit is defective - it has a vertical line of dead pixels - which has detracted from my experience and hsn't allowed me to give the TV a 5-star rating. I have been in contact with LG and they have promised to send an engineer to resolve the issue, but three weeks on and I'm still waiting for a call to agree a schedule, which doesn't speak volumes for LG's outsourced customer support.
