These rubber sealing and mounting grommets are used with barbed plastic clips. The rubber grommet fits into an 8mm hole in the metal bodywork. It then grips onto a barbed clip that is inserted and securely held. They are typically used on interior panels such as pillar trim covers or door sill covers.
