After pressing the talk button on one uniphone, you can hold a conversation with the person at the entrance; the other uniphone will turn off the chime and return to standby mode. It is possible to make an intercom call between indoor modules (uniphones). This is done using the intercom button (the highest one on the front of the uniphone). Both indoor modules will activate the chime signal. After pressing the conversation button on the second internal module (the lowest one on the front of the intercom), you can conduct a conversation with the person at the internal module (uniphone). If a call is received from the external module, the intercom call will be interrupted and the internal modules will sound a chime, behaving as with any call from the external module (a call from the external module has higher priority than a call or intercom connection). The automatic maximum conversation time is factory-set to approximately 2 minutes. A person inside the room can remotely open the gate by pressing the electromagnetic lock release button on the intercom, and remotely open the gate (second gate, door, etc.) by pressing the gate open button. It is possible to discreetly listen in on the entrance (using the external station's microphone) without having to call from outside (max. 40 seconds). This is achieved using the discreet entry monitoring button (the lowest one on the front of the intercom). The conversation volume can be adjusted using the potentiometer located on the right side of the intercom.
