Kampf um Norwegen was never even shown in Germany, and nobody knows the reason why. The DVD is also primed with extensive extra material that comments the historical context of the period. Kampf um Norwegen and the UFA Ton-Woche from 1940 on the bonus track, gives an interesting insight on the thoroughly planned German invasion of Norway, with unique pictures from battles that took place throughout the country.
