Reg Bellavance (Ray Wise) is only out of prison on bail and decides that if he wants to remain a free man he'd best take off with the money he has stashed away for a rainy day. When Reg discovers the money is missing he orders his second-in-command, Lloyd (Dana Ashbrook), to lead a team to recover it and to teach the thief a brutal lesson.
