Four episodes of the spin-off series from the original Japanese anime classic. Female cyborg agent from Section 9, Major Motoko Kusanagi, hunts for the sinister cyber-terrorist the Laughing Man, while at the same time working around the clock to foil an assassination attempt on the Police Superintendent-General.
