Writer Leon (Thomas Schubert) and photographer Felix (Langston Uibel) are vacationing on the Baltic Sea coast and unexpectedly meet Nadja (Paula Beer), a mysterious young woman who is a guest at Felix's family's vacation home. Nadja soon takes Leon's attention away from finishing the book and, with her unadorned honesty and teasing, forces him to face his vanity and open up. At the same time, the sky turns red as a forest fire threatens the group.
