In Costa Rica for her bachelorette party, Casey (Elma Begovic) suffers a bite from an unknown animal that turns into something much worse when she returns home. Although she tries her best to ignore it and finalise the plans for her wedding, Casey's body slowly succumbs to the bite as it undergoes some horrifying transformations. But just what exactly is she transforming into?
