American high school thriller directed by Mark L. Lester. Music teacher Andrew Norris (Perry King) is the new teacher at a troubled inner-city high school where he quickly learns that in order to survive he will have to fend for himself. After trying to recruit students to join the orchestra Andrew clashes with a gang of sadistic punk rockers and in particular their leader Peter Stegman (Timothy Van Patten). As Andrews struggles to control the unruly gang a vicious and violent battle plays out that culminates in a deadly game of hide and seek between the teacher and his students.
