GAME TYPES:
Face of the Franchise: QB1 - Youre the star of the team, and everything you do matters to your journey toward the NFL stars. Create your own college quarterback, play in the College Football National Championship, and participate in the NFL Combine so you can try your luck in the annual NFL Draft. Then you can become a superstar on an NFL team in a new and personal career game type that has you at the center. Once youve selected a team, you can try your hand at Maddens new Scenario Engine, which generates personal game scenarios, events, and dynamic challenges in the unique story of your own NFL career.

Franchise - Experience an entire NFL career as a player, coach or owner, where you make your mark on history. Play alone or in online leagues with others. Compete with up to 32 teams on the journey to becoming a Super Bowl dynasty, and win annual awards and participation in the Pro Bowl.

Ultimate Team - Embark on the ultimate fantasy team building in the NFL with your favorite players from both past and present. Play games, win rewards, and upgrade your team with fun and gripping daily challenges and live content from the NFL year-round.

Exhibition - Play online * and offline (both single and multiplayer) against others, or play offline against the AI. Choose your own game settings, incl. combat duration, rules, stage and uniforms.

GAMEPLAY:
Superstar X-Factor - Experience the feel, intensity and power of NFL superstars with the Superstar X-Factor. Its a brand new skill advancement system that gives special abilities to the wildest NFL superstars when certain goals are reached during matches.

Unique Playbooks - Each teams Playbook is now calibrated to be even more unique and have even more variation in both the overall game plan and in the tactical choices on the court.

Run and Throw Option Games - You can now choose option games to make the gaming experience even more like the real-life NFL.

Coach on the court - Improve your Madden player with this comprehensive, modern teaching system that introduces new game mechanics over time as you progress in the game.

New pump fake mechanics - You can now make a pump fake for a receiver to cheat the defender by double-clicking with the new option to cancel throws.

NFL Pro Bowl - Play in the annual Pro Bowl match in Franchise and Face of the Franchise: QB1 with all the AFC and NFC stars.
