Back to the Future (1985)
Directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Crispin Glover, Back to the Future follows teenager Marty McFly after he is accidentally transported from 1985 to 1955 in Doc Browns DeLorean time machine. Marty must bring his teenage parents together before returning to his own time and preventing his future from being erased. The film received four Academy Award nominations and won for Best Sound Effects Editing.


Back To The Future II (1989)
Directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Thomas F. Wilson, Back to the Future Part II sends Marty McFly and Doc Brown from 1985 to 2015 before an altered timeline forces them back to 1955. Their attempt to repair history creates multiple versions of Hill Valley and brings them into conflict with Biff Tannen across different eras. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Best Visual Effects.


Back to the Future III (1990)

Wilson, Back to the Future Part III sends Marty McFly back to 1885 to rescue Doc Brown from the Old West. With the DeLorean damaged and Doc increasingly attached to schoolteacher Clara Clayton, Marty must find a way to return to 1985 before history catches up with them. Universal classifies the film as Comedy, Family, Sci-Fi and Teen.
