Directed by Kenji Kamiyama, Eden of the East: The King of Eden continues the story six months after the TV series as Saki Morimi travels to New York in search of the missing Akira Takizawa. As the surviving Seleção continue their struggle to determine Japans future, new clues emerge about Akiras identity and the consequences of his actions during the Careless Monday crisis. The first Eden of the East sequel film develops the series conspiracy, political suspense and near-future technology while leading directly into Paradise Lost.
