Cultured Dutch producer Milio returns to his home label to retool his last album Invisible Lands with the dance floor in mind. This new and club-ready 12" arrives via Atomnation on March 14th 2025 and shows a superb new side to the artist.

Invisible Lands was another marked artistic evolution for VIAVIA label head Millio who employed all new skills to translate the fantasies of his childhood into an immersive long player. As ever it was coloured by his love of hardware and brimmed with life because of his on-the-fly approach to production. Now, four of those lush originals get reimagined for different moments in the club.

First up is a Workout Mix of 'Shaker' and it immediately takes off on buoyant, bouncy drums and slinky bass. Milio's signature synth craft remains with deft lines rising through the mix while the jacked-up drums pump out an irresistible groove. He then gives 'Rase' a Trance Mix which gets the emotions flowing as subtle waves of distant synth euphoria wash over you and the silky smooth drums and bass journey through the cosmos. Add in a shape-shifting psychedelic lead and you have a classy and effective trance-techno trip.

'Day In The Night' (Aftermix) is a stripped-back and raw house groove. Deft details come in the form of sonorous bell hits, dusty breaks and cooing vocals. It's well-swung, heads-down tackle for intimate back rooms with an alluring sense of late-night soul. Last of all is a wonderful Dream Mix of 'Dimensional Rhythm' that floats on an airy, organic and dubby groove with acid-tinged pulses and smeared, widescreen synths inviting you to zone out and lose yourself in the moment.

These are four deep, stylish club cuts full of the sort of warm emotions that make a lasting impression.
