Efter att ha fått ett oväntat meddelande från sina förfäder måste Vaiana resa över Oceaniens hav och till farliga, okända vatten för ett äventyr som skiljer sig från allt annat hon har varit med om.

Moana 2 reunites Moana and Maui for a new ocean adventure as they journey beyond familiar waters in response to an ancient call connected to their ancestors. Produced by Disney, the film continues the franchises mix of fantasy adventure, musical storytelling and family-oriented animated spectacle with returning voice performances from Auliʻi Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson.

Directed by David G. Derrick Jr., Jason Hand and Dana Ledoux Miller, Moana 2 (2024) reunites audiences with Moana as she embarks on a new ocean journey following a call from her ancestors. Featuring the returning voices of Aulii Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson, the film expands the Polynesian-inspired world with new characters, songs and mythic challenges. Continuing Disneys blend of adventure, music and emotional storytelling, the sequel builds on the spirit of exploration introduced in the 2016 original.
