Directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino, Mobile Suit Gundam F91 is a standalone Gundam feature set decades after the original Universal Century storyline as a new war erupts between the Earth Federation and the aristocratic Crossbone Vanguard. The film combines large-scale mecha warfare, political conflict and futuristic military science fiction within the long-running Gundam franchise and the influential real robot anime tradition.
