Mother! (2017), directed by Darren Aronofsky, is a controversial psychological horror allegory blending surrealism, biblical symbolism, and environmental metaphor. Jennifer Lawrence stars as a woman whose home becomes invaded by strangers, spiraling into chaos and destruction. Disturbing, symbolic, and unforgettable, the film is both an art-house experiment and a nightmarish descent into madness.
