In Sydney, Australia, a joint task force of agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Australian Federal Police is formed. Led by NCIS Special Agent-in-Charge Michelle Mackey (Swann), the team work together to solve crimes involving American military personnel in the Indo-Pacific.
