Directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, Paranormal Activity 4 continues the found footage horror franchise through webcam recordings, surveillance cameras and digital home technology. Set several years after the earlier films, the story follows a suburban teenager who begins experiencing disturbing supernatural events connected to a mysterious neighbor and the return of Katie. The film combines domestic haunting, paranormal suspense and surveillance-style horror within the established mythology of the Paranormal Activity series.

Från IMDB:
It has been five years since the disappearance of Katie and Hunter, and a suburban family witness strange events in their neighborhood when a woman and a mysterious child move in.
