Directed by Kevin Lewis and starring Rainey Qualley, Shiloh Fernandez and Shane West, Pig Hill follows an aspiring writer investigating a local legend about grotesque pig people after a tenth woman disappears from her Pennsylvania hometown. Her search connects the towns folklore with a series of missing women and increasingly brutal violence. Based on the book Pig by Nancy Williams, the film combines small-town horror, urban legend mystery and graphic creature horror.
