Directed by Pierre Perifel, The Bad Guys 2 (2025) continues the animated crime-comedy series based on Aaron Blabeys books. The sequel follows the reformed animal crew as they are drawn back into high-stakes criminal schemes, blending caper-style plotting with fast-paced action and humor. Featuring the returning voice cast led by Sam Rockwell, the film builds on the first installments mix of heist structure and character-driven comedy within a family-friendly format.
