The Collector (2009), directed by Marcus Dunstan, is a brutal survival horror thriller about a man who breaks into a house only to discover it already turned into a sadistic death trap by a masked killer. Mixing home-invasion suspense with grisly torture-horror imagery, its a nightmarish cat-and-mouse game that launched a modern cult horror franchise.
