Vincent Price stars in Theater of Blood, a deliciously macabre blend of Gothic horror, revenge thriller, and dark comedy. Playing a vengeful Shakespearean actor thought dead, Price enacts gruesome, theatrically staged murders on the critics who humiliated him, each inspired by Shakespeares plays. Mixing Gothic atmosphere, bloody creativity, and biting satire, the film stands as one of Prices most celebrated cult classics and a masterpiece of blackly comic horror.
