Directed by Shūhei Morita and produced by Studio Pierrot, Tokyo Ghoul √A continues the story of Ken Kaneki after his transformation into a powerful half-human, half-ghoul hybrid. Kaneki leaves Anteiku and joins the militant ghoul organisation Aogiri Tree, while the Commission of Counter Ghoul intensifies its campaign against Tokyos hidden ghoul population. Featuring the voices of Natsuki Hanae, Sora Amamiya and Mamoru Miyano, the second season combines supernatural horror, animated action and dark fantasy with escalating conflict between ghouls and investigators.
