Written and directed by Ian Tuason, Undertone stars Nina Kiri as Evy, a skeptical paranormal podcaster caring for her dying mother while investigating a series of disturbing audio recordings sent by a married couple experiencing unexplained phenomena in their home. As Evy listens more closely, hidden messages and an increasingly sinister presence begin to blur the line between investigation and personal haunting. The film builds its supernatural horror largely through sound, paranoia and the fear of what cannot be seen.
