Stuart Gordons Space Truckers (1996) is a wild, tongue-in-cheek sci-fi adventure where a grizzled hauler (Dennis Hopper) takes on an off-world cargo run that turns out to contain deadly bio-mechanical weapons. Mixing space opera spectacle, B-movie humor, and satirical corporate futurism, its a cult favorite that fuses blue-collar grit with pulpy science-fiction chaos.

John Canyons a long in the tooth space trucker wholl haul anything anywhere. His latest assignment is to carry a top-secret shipment and ask no questions. Joined by his girlfriend and a new rookie apprentice, the trio runs into trouble when they cross paths with ruthless pirate Captain Macanudo who discovers the mysterious cargo - an army of invincible killing machines that are headed for earth!

Re-Animator director Stuart Gordon has tongue firmly in cheek for this cult intergalactic adventure.
