This distinctive deck hails from the Tarot de Besanon tradition, originating in the French town of Besanon. Crafted by Baptiste-Paul Grimaud between 1891 and 1899, it uniquely replaces the Arcana of the High Priestess and Hierophant with Juno and Jupiter. As part of Lo Scarabeo's Anima Antiqua series, this limited, numbered reproduction is a must-own for tarot and history buffs.
