Matte latex paint with very good coverage and efficiency based on high-quality polymer binders with low content of volatile organic compounds for use on walls and ceilings inside all types of rooms.

Characterized by good abrasion resistance and high efficiency. Easy to use paint, excellent for painting in all residential and utility rooms. After drying, it creates a smooth matte coating.

‼ WARNING ‼

Due to various substrates and properly refined processing technology, our paints have an extended drying time on the wall.

Therefore, it is necessary to wait at least 4 hours between coats, because shortening this time results in worse coverage, and thus the need for another coat of paint. This is the most common error when painting, because when applying the next coat, the previous one, not yet bonded, becomes softened and eventually mixes with the unbonded layer of the next coat. With this painting mechanism, even after 4-5 coats, the paint will not effectively cover the substrate.

** Before painting, to prepare the surface, we recommend using NIKKI primers. Primers are concentrated and require dilution with water in the ratio indicated on the label. Using undiluted primers according to the instructions on the package may result in poor coverage and lead to cracking of the coating!

Using primers from other manufacturers may lead to poor coverage and surface cracking.

We recommend the following primers in the set:

Universal primer - before first painting of raw plasters

STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION METHOD:

STEP 1 – substrate preparation:

• substrates must be dry, clean, load-bearing and free from dirt, dust, grease stains, anti-adhesive agents from formwork, and all substances that reduce adhesion to the substrate and may cause discoloration on the surface of dried paint.

STEP 2 – priming:

• mix the primer before use. For dusty and sandy substrates, it is recommended to apply with a brush. Apply the primer in one, even, and continuous layer.

STEP 3 – product preparation:

• mix the paint thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous consistency. To obtain a thinner consistency, you can add a small amount of clean cold water - do not exceed one glass of water (0.25L) per 10-liter bucket. Do not aerate the paint during mixing by using too high mixer speeds.

• do not add any accelerators, retarders, or other additives to the paint.

STEP 4 – painting:

• paint indoors at ambient and substrate temperature from +10ºC to +30ºC.

• apply two coats of paint with brush, roller, or hydrodynamic spray – at intervals of about 4 h.

• apply carefully and evenly the same amount of paint per unit area of wall or ceiling.

• perform the last stroke with roller or brush in one direction.

• the paint coating achieves full strength properties after 28 days from completion of painting work.
