10 Cloverfield Lane is a claustrophobic psychological thriller set almost entirely in an underground bunker. After a car crash, a young woman wakes up confined by a man who claims the outside world has suffered a catastrophic attack. Blending psychological manipulation, survival stakes, and paranoia, the film traps its characters in a tense battle of trust and fear, before expanding into sci-fi horror territory in its climax.
