Phil Lord and Christopher Millers 21 Jump Street (2012), starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum, reimagines the classic TV series as a fast-paced buddy comedy. Two incompetent police officers go undercover in high school to bust a synthetic drug ring, navigating teenage drama, humiliation, and chaos in a meta take on action-comedy storytelling.

22 Jump Street (2014) brings back Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as Schmidt and Jenko, this time going undercover at a college to bust a new drug ring. The sequel ramps up the self-aware humor, bromance chaos, and over-the-top action, parodying sequels while still delivering stylish set pieces and comedy chemistry.
