Directed by Jacqui Morris and David Morris, A Christmas Carol reimagines Charles Dickens classic Christmas story through dance, narration and stylised fantasy imagery. Simon Russell Beale voices Ebenezer Scrooge, with Carey Mulligan, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya and Andy Serkis among the voice cast. Beginning with a Victorian family staging the story in a toy theatre, the film transforms Dickens tale into a darkly fantastical interpretation of Scrooges encounters with the spirits of Christmas

Från IMDB:
A radical animated retelling of the holiday classic that starts with a Victorian performance of the Charles Dickens tale before diving into the imagination of one of the children in the audience, taking the story to a darker fantasy realm.
