All Hallows Eve: Inferno continues the low-budget horror anthology series with five independent short films connected by a nightmarish hospital-set framing story. The segments move between supernatural horror, monsters, revenge, nightmares and deadly survival scenarios, while the wraparound follows a crash survivor trapped in an infernal hospital. The film is the fourth entry in the All Hallows Eve series, which originally introduced Art the Clown.
