Automan (1983 1984)

Automan follows a police computer expert who creates a holographic, self-aware crime-fighting program that can manifest in the real world. Together they take on cases that blend conventional police work with early digital-era concepts, using Automans abilities to navigate data, transform vehicles, and manipulate technology. The series combines procedural storytelling with science-fiction elements, reflecting the optimism and stylistic experimentation of early 1980s tech-focused television.
