Nicholas Stollers Bad Neighbours 2 reunites Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron in a suburban war against a newly formed sorority next door. As Mac and Kelly try to sell their house, their plans fall apart when a rowdy all-female party house moves in. The film mixes outrageous college comedy, suburban chaos, and gender-flipped rivalry with returning and new characters.

Från IMDB:
When their new next-door neighbors turn out to be a sorority even more debaucherous than the fraternity that lived there before, Mac and Kelly team with their former enemy, Teddy, to bring the girls down.
