Cold Prey Trilogy (2006 2010)

Directed by Roar Uthaug, Mats Stenberg and Mikkel Brænne Sandemose, the Cold Prey trilogy follows a series of deadly encounters connected to an abandoned mountain hotel and the violent figure known as the Mountain Man. Combining slasher horror, survival-driven suspense and isolated winter settings, the films center on young victims, relentless pursuit and escalating violence across remote Norwegian locations. The trilogy helped establish modern Norwegian horror on the international genre scene and remains one of Scandinavias best-known slasher franchises.
