District B13 (2004) is the original French parkour action cult classic that launched an entire subgenre. Set in a near-future Paris where the government has sealed off the crime-ridden Banlieue 13, the story follows an ex-gang member (David Belle) and an undercover cop (Cyril Raffaelli) who join forces to stop a ruthless drug lord. Combining explosive martial arts, free-running stunts, and dystopian urban grit, the film is celebrated as one of Luc Bessons most influential action productions.
