Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker and Colin Baker face the Sontarans across four classic Doctor Who stories spanning three Doctor eras. The Time Warrior introduces the militaristic alien race, followed by The Sontaran Experiment and their invasion of Gallifrey in The Invasion of Time. The Two Doctors brings the Sontarans into the Sixth Doctor era while also returning Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor.
