Directed by Terence Young, Dr. No introduces Sean Connery as James Bond in the first official 007 film. Ursula Andress stars as Honey Ryder, with Joseph Wiseman as Dr. No and Jack Lord as Felix Leiter in a spy mission set in Jamaica involving missing agents, secret operations and a villainous island base. The film launched the James Bond franchise and established many of the series classic elements, including espionage, exotic locations, Bond villains and 1960s spy action.
