Hugh Jackman stars in this comedy directed by Kyle Balda. Farmer George Hardy (Jackman) cares deeply for his flock of sheep. Every evening he reads crime novels to them, unaware that they can understand everything he is saying.

When he is found dead one morning the sheep, lead by Lily (voice of Julia Louis-Dreyfus), are determined to uncover the truth about what happened to him. Upon witnessing the ineptitude of local policeman Tim Derry (Nicholas Braun), they vow to do whatever they must to find the killer and secure justice for George. The cast also includes Emma Thompson, Nicholas Galitzine and Molly Gordon.
