Fleabag (2016 2019)

Fleabag follows a young woman in London as she navigates grief, relationships, and self-destructive behavior while breaking the fourth wall to share her conflicted inner thoughts. The series blends dark comedy with intimate character study, using direct address, minimal settings, and sharply observed dialogue to trace her attempts to connect with others and confront unresolved loss. Its structure and perspective create a closely focused portrait of emotional turmoil and personal reinvention.
