Based on Masao Ohtakes manga, Hinamatsuri follows yakuza member Yoshifumi Nitta after a mysterious girl named Hina suddenly appears in his apartment and reveals powerful telekinetic abilities. Forced into an unlikely guardian role, Nitta tries to balance his criminal connections with Hinas chaotic behaviour, while other unusual girls and increasingly eccentric characters enter their lives. The 12-episode anime combines supernatural comedy, unconventional family dynamics and yakuza humour with more emotional stories about friendship, homelessness and finding a place to belong.

Från IMDB:
The comfortable life of committed bachelor and efficient yakuza Nitta is interrupted when a strange girl with psychic powers comes to live with him.
