Marina de Vans In My Skin (2002) is a disturbing French body horror that blurs the line between self-discovery and self-destruction. Playing the lead role herself, de Van explores obsession and disassociation as a woman spirals into compulsive self-mutilation, making this a defining entry in extreme French horror.

Från IMDB:
A woman grows increasingly fascinated with her body after suffering a disfiguring accident.
