Directed by Eiichirō Hasumi and based on Capcoms Resident Evil video game series, Resident Evil: Death Island brings Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield and Rebecca Chambers together in an animated outbreak story centred on Alcatraz Island. As a new strain of the T-virus spreads, the group faces infected creatures, bio-weapons and a coordinated attack linked to the island. The film continues the CGI-animated Resident Evil storyline established in Degeneration, Damnation and Vendetta.
