Jeannot Szwarcs Santa Claus: The Movie (1985), starring David Huddleston, Dudley Moore, and John Lithgow, blends Santas origin story with an 80s corporate Christmas adventure. When an ambitious elf partners with a greedy toy magnate, Santa must restore the holiday spirit and save Christmas from commercial corruption. A brightly stylized family fantasy, it remains a nostalgic seasonal staple.
