Directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans, Scary Movie stars Anna Faris as Cindy Campbell, one of a group of teenagers targeted by a masked killer after covering up a fatal accident. The film parodies Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer and other late-1990s horror hits while mixing slasher clichés with crude humor, slapstick and pop-culture satire. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Regina Hall also star in the first film of the Scary Movie series.
