Produced by Walt Disney Productions, Sleeping Beauty adapts the classic fairy tale of Princess Aurora, whose fate becomes tied to a curse cast by the evil Maleficent. Featuring stylized medieval-inspired animation and music adapted from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovskys ballet score, the film combines fantasy adventure, romance and fairy-tale mythology through one of Disneys most visually distinctive animated classics. The story follows Aurora, Prince Phillip and three good fairies as they confront curses, magic and Maleficents dark powers.

Från IMDB:
After being snubbed by the royal family, a malevolent fairy places a curse on a princess which only a prince can break, along with the help of three good fairies.
