Directed by Frédéric Jardin and starring Émilie Dequenne and Andreas Pietschmann, Survive follows a family whose sailing trip is transformed by a catastrophic reversal of Earths magnetic poles, leaving the oceans drained and their boat stranded on the exposed seabed. Forced to cross the devastated landscape before the water returns, they also face predatory creatures emerging from the ocean depths. The French survival film combines apocalyptic science fiction, disaster suspense and creature horror.
