Dario Argentos Tenebrae (1982) stars Anthony Franciosa as an American crime novelist in Rome who becomes entangled in a series of brutal murders resembling his own books. With stylish violence, shocking twists, and Argentos signature camerawork, it is considered one of his definitive gialli and a commentary on the genre itself.
