The Fox and the Hound (1981) is an animated family drama from Disney based on the book by Daniel P. Mannix. Featuring the voices of Mickey Rooney, Kurt Russell and Pearl Bailey, the film follows the unlikely friendship between Tod the fox and Copper the hunting dog as they grow up and find themselves on opposite sides of a long-standing rivalry.
