The Man Called Noon (1973) is a Spaghetti Western based on Louis LAmours novel, following a gunslinger who loses his memory after an ambush and must piece together his past while pursued by ruthless enemies. Mixing mystery, amnesia-driven suspense, and classic shootouts, the film blends European Western style with American storytelling. A lesser-known but stylish entry in the 1970s Euro-Western cycle.

So who is he? All he knows is that he lost his memory after an accident during a shoot-out but why did those men want him dead? Turns out, hes a man with a past, a master gunfighter with a history of violence. And while he might have forgotten who he is, his enemies certainly havent...

A classic Euro-western with an unusual pedigree, made not by Italians but by Brits: director Peter Collinson (The Italian Job) and producer Euan Lloyd, the man who made The Wild Geese fly.
